[ Dorm Room 1 is closest to the door, on the right hand side. The dorm belongs to Astrid and Wallace. ]

DORM ROOM 10 Empty Re: DORM ROOM 10

A young redhead boy walked through the campus, carrying some of his belongings with him. Though his face didn't show it, as it was virtually unreadable no matter how you looked at it, he felt tired and in need of some good rest. Urgently. Luckily for him, he managed to find the dorms building quite easily. Going up the stairs, the boy looked at a small piece of paper that he was carrying in his pocket. All it said was "10". Of course, that meant that his dorm room was the number 10. Again, luck was on his side as he noticed a door with a bigger than average number 10 written on it as his right, as soon as he arrived to the floor the dorms were.

Sighing mildly, the boy just opened the door and posed his sight on what he thought was his bed. It was the simplest one on the whole dorm, so it has to be his. He didn't have that many things to adorn his side of the dorm anyways. At the side of his bed was a small box, seemingly containing the rest of his belongings. That was something he was going to check out later, as he just wanted to rest for the rest of the day. Putting the box on the floor and the rest of the things he was carrying on top of it, the boy proceeded to get on the bed. Watching the ceiling, he found himself somewhat surprised to see that he was unable to sleep right away despite how tired he felt. His mind refused to let him rest before reviewing his whole day.

He came to U.A. very early in the morning, as he had to prepare his belongings and get them on the area. The people in charge assured him that it would get delivered to his eventual dorm room. So he had the chance to get to know a little bit of the school before classes. When the time for classes arrived, he was mildly surprised to be subjected to an exam so early. The surprises piled more and more as he not only found out that the exam was going to be a team battle to capture the flag, but that he ended up with a certain girl as a teammate.

Astrid Mariosa. A soon-to-be queen bee, if what he noted about his personality was on point. And, well, it usually is. That girl managed to get his attention from way before the first day of school. He was looking for a particular person by entering into that school. And just by looking at her in action it dawned on him that he finally found it. A person to dedicate his life to transform into the best hero to ever live. With him as the sidekick. That's the only dream Wallace Calhoun had. But that was easier said than done.

Astrid personality was... Difficult to work with. Not only that, but they just couldn't work as a team. The fact that he was basically Quirkless made it even worse for them. Their opponents, Souma Onyomi and Nuime Kizuki, were also a force to reckon with. Souma's Quirk was... Sound based or something along those lines. That was problematic. Nuime's Quirk made her basically a being worthy of the "Frakenstein's Monster" title, as she could basically disassemble herself and retain mobility on those separated body parts. In Wallace's eyes those two could also become great heroes, but he didn't have the luxury to think about others when he had taken another project.

Even though he couldn't plan something with his partner, he tried to put himself on the line as bait and just tank (But mostly evade) the attacks coming his way. It proved to be quite... Unsuccessful. Despite her explosive power, Astrid ended up pinned down by Souma, and Kizuki's... Something was eventually to fast for him to even try to recover the flag. Also, he had to deal with the little problem of his eyes changing constantly from green to yellow, joined by an unexpected headache that prevented him from being a little bit more useful than normal.

Yep, they lost that one.

Just the first day and it seemed that there was a lot of work to do. He came back to his classroom, where their teacher explained the distribution of people on dorms and all that. Another surprise for him: Astrid was also his roommate. While this seemed quite useful as he now could work on molding her into a great hero closely, he slowly realized that he had to share a room with her. For what seemed to be the rest of his school years. Oh boy. Now that was going to be a problem on the long run if he didn't fix her personality. Now he needed to work on that... But it had to be the following day. He really feel tired and a good early rest would help. That's why he decided to look for his dorm without his roommate. If she was smart enough to get into U.A., then she could easily find the dorm.

Once he reviewed his whole day, he thought he was now ready to sleep. It would be a shame if someone came knocking down the door...

DORM ROOM 10 Empty Re: DORM ROOM 10

Astrid Mariosa was tired.

She was tired of U.A.'s rules already, and of the monotonous blue that permeated these walls. She was tired after a grueling fight that was only as close as she had made it; eventually losing to two grotesque nobodies thanks to being dragged down by a rather useless teammate. And now she would be stuck with him.

Dragging her suitcase with her - a pearl-like pink adorned with stars that shimmered when the light hit them - she near enough kicked down the door adorned with the red '10'. Why was the only thing not blue in this infernal place the sign to her own personal hell? Not even acknowledging the red-haired boy on his bed, she immediately began unpacking her things. Most of the stuff she had sent in earlier had been neatly set out, as per her ridiculously specific instructions. Black bedsheets, white pillow, with a pink, slightly smaller pillow on top; a fluffy pink duvet for when it got too cold - which she always was - with her water bottle, filled 3/4 full, sitting on the table beside it. She grabbed it and took a sip - ice cold.

Perhaps U.A. could do some things right after all. When she was the one who told them how to do it, of course. Following instructions was a useful skill, though!

Her plethora of clothes were neatly arranged in her wardrobe by colour and shade. She'd be able to pick out any outfit she wanted in seconds! Perfect. All that was left to do was unpack her jewelry, too expensive to be sent in alone and managed by ruffians hands. She had almost died at the bitter reality of sending in her clothes - Lord save U.A. should there be any wrinkles - and so her collection of diamonds and tiaras had to be escorted by herself personally.

U.A. was not half of what it was cracked up to be. It would be up to her to give the place a little light and life, even if it were a stage far beneath her talents.

"You. Here. Now." She ordered it with whip-like intensity, the words lashing out from her tongue. "While I put away my jewelry, you are going to open the second compartment of my suitcase and CAREFULLY put away my clothes. The things in there are practical shower curtains, but I am going to entrust you with the real belle-of-the-balls. There should be seven; just place them - one at a time and CAREFULLY - off to the right hand side."

U.A. could follow instructions, and she would be there to give them.
